Defective or Wrong Items (Our Bad)

If your product shows up defective, damaged, or just plain not what you ordered — don’t worry, we’ve got your back (and your beard).
-We’ll happily replace it or refund you in full.
-We might ask you to send us a quick photo so we can investigate.
-We may ask you to send the item back (on our tab, of course).
No stress, no fuss; if it’s our fault, you won’t be left growling.

Changed Your Mind? (Your Call)

Not feeling it anymore? Hey, it happens.
We do look at return requests for unopened, unused items; but these are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- We may ask you to ship it back to us (shipping usually on you).
- Basically: if it’s in brand-new, untouched condition, chances are higher.
- The refund amount is subject to dedction of payment processing fees (up to 3%) & shipping fees.
- Bundles & group offers must be returned in full (no splitting up the pack.)

How to Start a Return

- Email us at: grrr@beardnfurd.com with your order number and what went wrong (bonus points for bear puns).
- Returning for an order issue?(wrong item, defects, damage, etc.), please provide a clear picture so we can process the request faster.
We’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Timing

- Our return window is 7 days, so just drop us a note within that time.
- Refunds usually take up to 14 business days ,once approved, on the same payment method.

Quick Bear Cave Rules

- Opened grooming products can’t be returned unless defective (hygiene, you know?).
- Freebies, samples, and sale items are not returnable.
- Bundles and group product offers must be returned in full (all items together).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it was our mistake (also applies on free-shipping offer)
