We know you're excited to get your order as we are to got it to, but we need a little time to put our goodies in your hands. So here's our shipping process:

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- No shipping on weekends (bears nap then too).
- We'll let you know once your order leaves our dens.
- Delivery is usually within 3 business days but can take up to 5 business days within Cairo and longer times are expected to further governates.
-Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
-Make sure your shipping details are correct. If a package gets lost because of a wrong address, we can’t always wrestle it back from the courier.
- We want you to have your order home as soon as possible, but some unexpected delays caused by couriers are beyond our control (i.e. weather, operational difficulties), if that happens, just reach out & we’ll do our best to get you that order.
