Refund policy

All cosmetics are final sale and cannot be returned once opened. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging intact. Receipt or proof of payment. Returns will not be accepted except in cases where the item received is used or defective.

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days from the delivery date, as stated by the shipping company. The following conditions apply:
